1/3 c. sugar 2 T. margarine 1 egg 1 T. vanilla 1/3 c. milk |
1 c. flour 1/2 T. baking powder dash salt 4 c. rhubarb 1/2 c. sugar | |
Wash rhubarb; do not peel. Cut in 1" pieces; mix with sugar. Place in greased baking dish. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg; beat well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk to creamed mixture; add vanilla. Spread over fruit. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. |
